BWRT Therapy Online
BWRT appointments online are very effective.
Since you are fully awake throughout the session there is no problem if we lose contact temporarily. In the event of connection issues, we can usually resume the session quickly.
I offer therapy nationally and internationally via Zoom, Facetime or Whatsapp. This is convenient if you live outside of London.
Even if you live locally in London you may prefer to receive therapy online since it means no travelling is needed. You can participate from the comfort of your own home and it may be easier to fit in a session at a time convenient for you.
For online therapy you only need:
- A place where you will not be disturbed
- A reliable internet connection
- Webcam on your pc or laptop (or use your phone camera)
- Headphones (if preferred) for the best sound quality
You can use a video link program without having an account – I will send you an invitation by email.
My fees for online appointments are slightly lower than the fees for in-person appointments.
BWRT Online Fees
Stop Smoking treatment – 1.5 hour session – £225
For most other issues:
First session – 1.5 hours – £130
Subsequent sessions – 1 hour – £90
Discounts are available when multiple sessions are paid for in advance.
Some concessions are available, if you are unable to pay the full price.
BWRT Online FAQs
While many people prefer to see a therapist in person it has been proven that BWRT online therapy works just as well. In many parts of the world BWRT practitioners work only online yet still get very good results.
Yes, many people like to meet a therapist for the first time in person. Once they feel comfortable they are happy to continue with working online.
Usually we will be able to re-establish a connection. If necessary we can revert to working with voice only.
